Rebate Policy

By requesting a rebate from TheProgramGuide.com the customer has stated that they have chosen not to take advantage of the merchants "money back guarantee" and have decided to keep the the program of purchase.

All requests for rebates must be made after 45 days of the purchase date found on the receipt.

All rebates are paid via PayPal solely by TheProgramGuide.com and not in association with any other merchant.

All rebates are paid four to six weeks after the rebate request has been received by TheProgramGuide.com.

If the PayPal e-mail account provided is incorrect TheProgramGuide is in no way responsible for rebates paid to an incorrect PayPal account as this payment is non-refundable.

TheProgramGuide.com is in no way responsible for paying out rebates for orders which cannot be confirmed with the merchant as being referred by TheProgramGuide.com.  However TheProgramGuide will make every effort possible to confirm all orders and thus make them eligible for a rebate.
